This is a 20+ year-old HDB flat, thoughtfully redesigned to improve both functionality and everyday comfort. The kitchen has been transformed with wider, more practical drawers, while the service yard is reconfigured into a well-organized laundry cabinet tailored to the owner’s daily routine.

The material palette features a clean creamy white finish paired with warm walnut woodgrain tones, creating a soft and welcoming atmosphere. White-core laminate is used to minimize visible dark joint lines along the edges, giving the cabinetry a more refined appearance. European-brand hardware enhances accessibility, allowing the owner to view and retrieve stored items more efficiently at a glance.
